Wish I had a camera now
I was running
It was good
The trees were gorgeous, decked in white
Show even clung to one side of the trunks
The snow crunched soft and sparkly.
Crisp air, not as cold as days prior.
I rose to the challenge and climbed and climbed.
The trail rolled and bent and would not surrender till the end.
Ran again hours later
Wanted to try this local church
that had left a flyer
So showered and dressed
but ran late
Only blocks away,
but the storefront venue
scared me
Too small
Didn't mind meeting people but didn't want to meet everyone
Wanted some worship
wanted a message
but I ran.
Came home, read a book, fell asleep, awoke, read some more, wrote this.
Good night
